#UPAID?

I don't think that this concept is new.  The idea of putting together a plan that you work towards in your life.  People have been creating these plans for decades and longer.  Yet, for all of the people I come into contact with they ask me what #upaid? stands for.  It is merely a question, have upaid the price to be successful.  I believe that there are certain things that if you attempt to achieve them or consult with them when you make decisions then you are going to do all right in this life.

Without doubt my priorities are simple:

1) Faith
2) Family
3) Friends... and I only list these because the Lord oversees it all.  Family, nuclear or extended, is #1 that is your legacy.  Friends include everyone else, life is too short to have enemies or hold grudges.

It is with these priorities in mind that I strive to pay the price to be great.  #-is simply the hashtag to get on board and follow on twitter! (I'm so 2012!)  Simply put consult these ideas and make decisions to the best of your ability to follow them and you will be right more than you are wrong.

U- unity... "nothing of significance is achieved alone" you have to involve others and they have to be on the same page...
P- passion... "without passion nothing great will be accomplished" you have to want to make it be the best it can be... if for merely the fact that you were part of it...
A- appreciation... if you are not thankful for what you get you will stop getting... the best way to get good energy coming your way is to get good energy going to others...
I- integrity... no exceptions, no excuses do the right thing because it is the right thing... whether it benefits you or not... this is sometimes painful to you in the short term but the benefits long term are well worth it
D- diligence... do your work early, do your work more often, do your work better than anyone else.

This is #upaid?... I believe in it.
